BAKSO

Hello everybody,

I will tell you about about my favorite food. And these foods  include something so special in Indonesia! Yeah I love bakso. It is one of food from Indonesia that I love so much. Meatballs is a typical Indonesian food which definitely everybody knows. almost everyone loves meatballs, dont tell me you never felt it. I like it because it is very tasty. Bakso are the most delicious dumpling soup eaten in a relaxing time. Either the heat or rain, day or night moreover, that spicy chili sauce plus, meatballs the most savory spicy sauceserved with a reply hmmmmm yummy , meatballs remains the most food I like. 

Bakso are very popular and can befound throughout Indonesia; from cartstreet vendors to large restaurant. The meatballs are generally made from a mixture of ground beef and tapioca flour, but there was also a Meatball made of chicken meat, fish, or shrimp. In General, meatballsserved and served hot with a clear beef broth gravy, mixed noodles, vermicelli, bean sprouts, tofu, sprinkled with fried onion and celery.

Now, shape the meatballs not only round, but also boxes, sprawl and triangle. Bakso not only has various shapes and flavors, but also has various names too. Exactly, it has different taste, kind and presentation. It makes the people want to know and taste it. It costs around Rp5000 – Rp30.000, or it depends on the types.They have special taste and delicious taste for me. Favorite food is not always expensive, but the important thing is how they can make me love it and feel the sensation of them. 1. Bakso Sapi
